Analisis Kesuksesan Implementasi E-Learning di Universitas Wijaya Putra menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM)

Pemanfaatan e-learning untuk mendukung pembelajaran di universitas adalah sangat dibutuhkan, terutama dalam era dimana teknologi dan komunikasi berjalan dengan cepat. Untuk memaksimalkan penerapan diperlukan pengukuran kesuksesan implementasi penerimaan oleh pengguna. Salah satu metode yang digunakan technology acceptance model (TAM) menjabarkan faktor – eksternal seperti system quality, content information computer self-efficiency, subjective norm , enjoyment, accessibility, playfulness. Sedangkan variable konstruk TAM tetap Perceived Ease of Use, Usefulness, Attitude Toward Using Behaviora Intention to actual use. Penelitian ini dapat menyediakan wawasan berharga tentang faktor-faktor mempengaruhi penggunaan mahasiswa. Hasil dari penelitian ada 9 variabel signifikan yaitu Computer_Self_Eficiency, Subjective norm, Perceive Usefullness, Perceive_Usefullness, toward using, Behavioral Actual System Use. kegunaan kemudahan self-efficiency berpengaruh signifikan. Faktor lain tidak quality. Hal dikarenakan berasal beberapa dosen memiliki kemampuan pembuatan konten berbeda, sehingga kualitas dihasilkan pun beda, Selain itu, pada masa pandemi wajib atau sedikit keterpaksaan karena mungkin dilakukan secara luring
